Formalin-fixed, Paraffin-embedded (FFPE) Tissue Block - Research Specimens

FFPE, human FFPE, FFPEs, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded, FFPE tissue, human formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded

US Biolab has a worldwide network of hospitals/clinical sites working exclusivel to procure high quality biological samples. All formalin-fixed, paraffine-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples are collected under IRB approval by certified medical pathologists. Tissues are fixed in 10% Neutral-Buffered Formalin (NBF) within 30 to 60 minutes of surgery excision. The fixation agent and embedding media can be customized upon request. Standard0sized FFPE tissue can yield at least 50 4-5µm cuts. FFPE tissue specimens are collected under a strict Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Quality Control is performed on 100% of collected tissue samples. Prospective/custom sample collection is available.

From excision to storage to shipment, each specimen is handled with care and precision to ensure that the highest quality specimens are delivered to our customers.
